The primary chakras are our seven energy centers that run along the spine and cross our physical body. Thus, there is the front and the back for each of the chakras.<\/p>\n

This visualization exercise introduces you to your chakras to establish your relationship with each one of them.<\/p>\n

You will have movements to do with your hands and affirmations to pronounce for each of the chakras.<\/p>\n

Breathe deeply… Relax …<\/p>\n

Practice your Energy Centering.<\/a><\/p>\n

Activate your hands of light or Reiki. Plan to activate your hands of light by rubbing your hands together and \/ or activating your Reiki symbols.<\/p>\n

The Root Chakra<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Breathe deeply and pay attention to the base of your spine, the area where the Root Chakra is located.<\/span><\/p>\n

See the red ray of Archangel Uriel and inhale through the front of the Root Chakra as you see the red energy running through it, then exhale through the back of the Root Chakra. Then, inhale through the back of the Root Chakra and exhale through the front.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, pay attention to the center of your Root Chakra. Put your hands on this region and say the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Root Chakra, I’m happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now I know: I am life. Through my birth, I manifest the right to exist. I am!<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thanks to you, Archangel Uriel, for your help so that my Root Chakra can fully radiate its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your Root Chakra radiating in every sense of a magnificent bright red<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The Sacred Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe deeply. Then, turn your attention to your Sacred Chakra at the level of the sexual organs. See the orange arc of the Archangel Sandalphon and inhale through the front of the Sacred Chakra as you see the orange energy flowing through it, then exhale through the back of the Sacred Chakra. Then, inhale from behind the Sacred Chakra and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, pay your attention to the center of your Sacred Chakra. Put your hands on this region and say the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Sacred Chakra, I am happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now I release my life force and creativity and feel my sexual truth.<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thanks to you, Archangel Sandalphon, for your help so that my Sacred Chakra will fully radiate its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your Sacred Chakra radiating in every sense of a magnificent bright orange.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Solar Plexus Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe gently. Now, pay your attention to your Solar Plexus located in the region of the umbilicus. See the yellow ray of the Archangel Gabriel and inhale through the front of the Solar Plexus, seeing the yellow energy that runs through it. Then, exhale through the back of the Solar Plexus. Finally, inhale through the back of the Solar Plexus and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, pay your attention to the center of your Solar Plexus. Put your hands on this region and say the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Solar Plexus, I am happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now, I welcome all my emotions and accomplish everything with grace and ease even the most difficult tasks.<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thank you, Archangel Gabriel, for your help so that my Solar Plexus fully radiates its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your Solar Plexus radiating in all directions and illuminated with a golden yellow glow.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Heart Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe deeply. Pay attention to your Heart Chakra in the center of your chest. See the green ray of the Archangel Raphael and inhale through the front of it by seeing the green energy that runs through it. Then, exhale through the back of it. Finally, inhale through the back of the Heart Chakra and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, pay attention to the center of your Heart Chakra, put your hands on it and say the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Heart Chakra, I am happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. I love, I am loved and completely loveable.<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thank you, Archangel Raphael, for your help so that my Heart Chakra fully radiates its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your Heart Chakra radiating in every sense of a magnificent bright emerald green.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Throat Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe deeply and pay attention to your neck where your Throat Chakra is. See the blue-sky ray of the Archangel Michael and inhale through the front of the Throat chakra seeing the blue-sky energy that runs through it and exhale through the back of the Throat Chakra. Then inhale through the back of the Throat Chakra and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now pay attention to the center of your Throat Chakra. Put your hands on the region of the Throat Chakra and pronounce the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Throat Chakra, I am happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now I know: I am the truth. I pronounce my truth and this expression is liberating.<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thanks to you Archangel Michael for your help so that my Throat Chakra fully radiates its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your Throat Chakra radiating in every sense of a magnificent bright blue-sky.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Chakra<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The 3rd Eye Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe slowly. Now pay attention to your 3rd Eye Chakra between your eyes. See the Archangel Melchizedech’s indigo blue ray and inhale through the front of the 3rd Eye Chakra as you see the indigo blue energy flowing through it and exhale through the back of the 3rd Eye Chakra. Then inhale through the back of the 3rd Eye Chakra and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now pay attention to the center of your 3rd Eye Chakra. Put your hands on your forehead and say the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi 3rd Eye Chakra, I am happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. I live according to my mission of life and I know the reason of my soul being.<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thank you, Archangel Melchizedek, for your help so that my 3rd Eye Chakra will fully radiate its potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your 3rd Eye Chakra radiating in all directions of a beautiful bright indigo blue.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Crown Chakra<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Breathe deeply and pay attention to your Crown Chakra above your head. See the purple Archangel Metatron’s ray and inhale through the front of the Crown Chakra as you see the purple energy flowing through it and exhale through the back of the Crown Chakra. Then inhale through the back of the Crown Chakra and exhale through the front of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now pay attention to the center of your Crown Chakra. Put your hands on the top of your head and say the following words:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Hi Crown Chakra, I’m happy to be aware of your presence and develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now I know: I am ONE with God, I am united with the Source and this force of Love always circulates through me!<\/strong> “<\/span><\/p>\n

“Thank you, Archangel Metatron, for your help so that my Crown Chakra shines its full potential. “<\/span><\/p>\n

See your chakra illuminated with a beautiful violet and radiating in all directions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enjoy this feeling of joy and pleasure of being fully aware and connected with all your chakras.<\/p>\n
