Place your wrist on the throat chakra<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

And while practicing a counter-clockwise rotation, release the energy that blocks the chakra by unwinding it, undoing it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Start the release from the following<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  • I’m afraid I do not have power or authority<\/li>\n
  • I do not affirm myself<\/li>\n
  • I let others take my word<\/li>\n
  • I have to be careful of what I say<\/li>\n
  • I am frustrated at not finding the right words, it makes me angry<\/li>\n
  • I let myself be verbally dominated by others<\/li>\n
  • What am I afraid of?<\/li>\n
  • I do not need to say anything, it will not change anything<\/li>\n
  • No one pay attention to what I have to say<\/li>\n
  • I still have communication problems<\/li>\n
  • I’m afraid that my words are misinterpreted<\/li>\n
  • I’m afraid to say no<\/li>\n
  • I’m afraid to speak honestly<\/li>\n
  • I do not want to hear it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Free the habits that no longer serve you from your throat chakra<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • I have too many repressed emotions which are not expressed<\/li>\n

      • I can not swallow my reality<\/li>\n
      • It is unacceptable that I express myself<\/li>\n
      • I feel guilt and shame<\/li>\n
      • I feel the unspoken<\/li>\n
      • I recreate the dysfunctional communication patterns of my family<\/li>\n
      • I am unbalanced<\/li>\n
      • I lack of will<\/li>\n
      • I am not centered, I do not have a center<\/li>\n
      • I do not even know my own truth<\/li>\n
      • I cannot speak for myself<\/li>\n
      • It’s too risky to speak<\/li>\n
      • I repeat the old dialogues<\/li>\n

        Free from the chakra of the throat all habits that no longer serve you<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        • I’m afraid to discuss<\/li>\n
        • Conflict surrounds me<\/li>\n
        • I always have to debate my points of view<\/li>\n
        • I’m closing myself<\/li>\n
        • I do not distinguish between my inner voice and the outer voices<\/li>\n
        • I hear too much voices<\/li>\n
        • I have rage and anger in my throat<\/li>\n
        • I hold my energies<\/li>\n
        • I am full of irritation<\/li>\n
        • I give up my power to avoid conflict<\/li>\n
        • I am filled with unexpressed emotions<\/li>\n
        • I feel a lot of frustration<\/li>\n
        • I’m choking on my words<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          I release all this at all levels, from all chakras, from all energy centers<\/span>
          \nI release everything completely.<\/span><\/p>\n

          You now change the direction of rotation of your wrist, so you now turn clockwise to add, insert what is appropriate for the chakra.<\/span>
          \nNow, I fill this space with energies that are favorable to me<\/span><\/p>\n

          • I am the authority, my own authority<\/li>\n
          • I pronounce my truths and I am supported<\/li>\n
          • I am powerful and safe in my family<\/li>\n
          • I have the power of free will<\/li>\n

          • I am centered<\/li>\n
          • I choose and I decide wisely<\/li>\n
          • I recognize and allow the right of opinion and choice of others<\/li>\n
          • I recognize and allow myself my opinions and my choices<\/li>\n
          • I am honored<\/li>\n
          • I am honest and transparent<\/li>\n
          • I am True<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • I express myself openly with ease and grace<\/li>\n
            • I always say good things the right way<\/li>\n
            • I express my emotions<\/li>\n

            • I understand what’s going on<\/li>\n
            • I am comfortable with what I say<\/li>\n
            • I choose my words with discernment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Keep inspiring positive energy in all your cells, activating more truth and light in your chakra. This chakra is released purified and energized.<\/span><\/p>\n
