Place your wrist on the Solar Plexus Chakra<\/span><\/p>\n

And while practicing a counter-clockwise rotation, release the energy that blocks the chakra by unwinding it, undoing it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solar Plexus Chakra<\/span><\/p>\n

Start the release from the following<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  • I have no power, I lack of energy, I am physically exhausted<\/li>\n
  • The external world and established systems have power over me<\/li>\n
  • I am resentful, I am unable to take the sweetness, I feel lonely<\/li>\n
  • I feel bad, I cannot go forward, I cannot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    From each cell of the body, continue to release<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • I miss the courage to take risks<\/li>\n
    • I cannot honor myself<\/li>\n
    • I do not have a relationship with myself<\/li>\n
    • I depend on others<\/li>\n
    • I cannot take care of myself<\/li>\n
    • I am cut off and numb to my own needs<\/li>\n
    • I doubt about myself<\/li>\n
    • I do not deserve, I am without merit<\/li>\n
    • I feel guilty<\/li>\n
    • I cannot be loved as I am<\/li>\n
    • There is a chasm inside me<\/li>\n
    • I try to fill this chasm from the outside<\/li>\n
    • I fear the thoughts others have about me<\/li>\n
    • It’s the drama that keeps me alive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Continue to release the Solar Plexus<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      • I am hurt, I was hurt<\/li>\n
      • I have to keep this pain<\/li>\n
      • I am without recourse<\/li>\n
      • I do not deserve success<\/li>\n
      • I cannot change<\/li>\n
      • I am caught in self defense<\/li>\n
      • I feel rejected<\/li>\n
      • You do not take me seriously, you forget me, you do not know me<\/li>\n
      • I do not get anything from what I want<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Let go all this, once and for all, free the Solar Plexus<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        • I am easily offended<\/li>\n
        • I am disadvantaged<\/li>\n
        • I cannot trust myself<\/li>\n
        • I am not worthy of inspiration<\/li>\n
        • I do not deserve the support of God<\/li>\n
        • I am always discouraged<\/li>\n
        • My way of thinking is crooked<\/li>\n
        • I am full of fears<\/li>\n
        • I self sabotage<\/li>\n
        • I do not love me<\/li>\n
        • I have self-destructive behaviors<\/li>\n
        • I always think of all the “I must”, “I should have” and “I would have had to”<\/li>\n
        • My head is a real battlefield<\/li>\n
        • There is a war inside me<\/li>\n
        • I fight with myself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          I release all this at all levels, from all chakras, from all energy centers<\/span><\/strong>
          \nI release everything completely.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          You now change the direction of rotation of your wrist, so you now turn clockwise to add, insert what is appropriate for the chakra.<\/span>
          \nNow, I fill this space with energies that are favorable to me<\/span><\/p>\n
