Exercise to open the heart with the help of the Archangel Raphael

To begin the exercise

1. Activate the violet energy flame with the help of Saint-Germain or use a purple flame as physical support (amethyst stone) or the Violet Flame of the Essence-Ciel Portal;
2. Center yourself: Practice centering and energetic cleansing or exercise with three conscious breaths;
3. Take a deep breath;
4. Invokes the presence of Archangel Raphael and Master Saint-Germain;
5. Visualize the Green Ray and the Violet Ray to strengthen their presence.

Recite the prayer aloud

“Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask your assistance and your support as I choose to be free from the wounds of my heart. ”

• Make gestures of the heart’s opening with your hands (3X) and guide the liberated energy towards your violet flame which is in front of you at the end of your arms
• Put back to the flame the wounds and the sadness

Recite aloud the following decree

“I release, here and now, my heart from wounds and sadness. ”

Continue aloud with the following prayer and decree
