Our Mandate at l’Essence-Ciel
Our mandate as a store and as an esoteric library is to offer and make accessible our knowledge, for you.
Moreover, through our services and our workshops, we want to help you in your own personal development.
Though we work with mediums (psychics, energy workers, light workers, etc), our mandate will always be to provide you what you need so you can take your own informed decisions and pull yourself together.

Refund policies
Products sold in our brick and mortar store
We offer an exchange or in-store credit for any product you bring back witin fourteen (14) days of the purchase. The in-store credit will be in a gift-card format.
Products sold online
Physical products
Just like our physical products bought in store, we offer an exchange or an in-store credit for products brought back within the fourteen (14) days after it was bought. However, online, the credit is applied on your store account, instead.
Virtual products
Every virtual products such as documents, e-books, videos and all other product that creates a copy of the original and the virtual copy is downloaded in your possession are not refundable.
Links on affiliate websites
We may earn a small commission on sales you do on 3rd party links we put on our website, such as links to Amazon. We endorse these products and trust them.
Workshops, training and other activities
It is possible to ask for a refund for a workshop (or any other live activities) if you ask forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event.
Online workshops and trainings are not refundable.
Private consultation and coaching
The time you put aside for a private consultation is a priviledged experience for you. Because of the nature of such activities, we do not offer refunds on them.

Terms of service
General terms
We reserve the right to deny the sale of products or services at our discretion. We can also refuse to accept your orders and cancel them, should the need arise.
Should we were to cancel a workshop, an event or any other activity that depends on a certain time, we will contact you by phone or email first to let you know as soon as possible. Afterwards, you may be refunded, or we can subscribe you to the next event of the type, or we can allow an exchange.

Responsability towards the quality of the information
We are not responsible if some information on this website is incomplete, missing or up-to-date.
We are trying our best to reflect everything we hold in store, as well as maintain the philosophies we share, on this website.
Please call if you want to confirm whether or not we have what you are looking for.
We are not responsible if you rely on the information available on this website for your decision-making without any additional research or without talking to us first.
Changes in pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices of any products or services at our discretion.
Some of the products shown online on our website may be unavailable in store. Please call us to confirm ahead.
The prices on books is according to Quebec’s loi du Livre. Please note however that the website may be out of date and the price will be incorrect if it changed over the years.
Regarding online sales, we reserve the right to limit the access to some products or services based on your jurisdiction status, your geographical location or any other personal reasons, at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to a certain maximal amount per client. We also can discontinue products at our discretion. Offers, sales and announcement on our website will expire; if it’s not specified, they expire starting from the first of the month following its annoucement.
It is possible that we made mistakes in data entry, the information relative to the products, its prices or an event’s scheduled time, may they be on our website, our marketing communications and other offers. We reserve the right to correct these mistakes when we see them. We also may perform these changes on your orders, even if they were submitted.
