Conscious Breathing for Centering

Practice three deep breaths

  1. At the first inspiration, we see the emotional body getting closer and, on expiration, we see it released from all undesirable energies such as repressed emotions;
  2. At the second inspiration, we see the mental body getting closer and, on expiration, we see it released from all undesirable energies such as limiting thoughts and beliefs;
  3. At the third inspiration, we see the spiritual body getting closer and we see it free from all forms of limiting energies such as memories and traumas linked to our conscious and unconscious memories.
